Ann the Painter is a minor character within the series People Still Live Here. She is a painter and her biggest fan is Balloon Guy, but she refused to give him any of her paintings because she was mad at the color of his balloons. She meets the player while painting, and is startled by them. She mistakes the player as the assistant she had been waiting for since The Shepherd promised her one but seemingly forgot. After the player completes a minigame where they must figure out which part of the painting must be green, she says it looks like one of the classics. As a reward, she tells the player to take one of her paintings in the blue building.
