About[]
In May 8, 1990, members of the DOE, including then-Secretary of Energy James David Watkins and an unnamed woman, were given a tour of the Async Research Institute’s facility by Ivan Beck in the hopes of securing more funding. The funding was secured, although the negociations were interrupted by the Observation room alarm going off because of Peter Tench entering the room.
