George Levy is a scientist working for the Async Research Institute. He first appeared in Informational Video and is the main protagonist in Static Dead End.

In Informational Video, George, along side Marvin, Peter and Ronald, were exploring the Backrooms when suddenly Peter went into a room that was playing noises. The other three disappeared in front of Peter's eyes, not seeing them in the video again.
Afterwards in Pitfalls, George, together with the three other researchers Marvin, Mark Blume and Kim, went on an expedition to an unexplored area of the Backrooms. The team encountered a room full of pits with a door on the other side. Marvin fell down into a pit when he tried to cross, and because the normal tether was too short to reach him, George went to look for a longer one.
After Marvin got up, the team met Anthony Dawkins, which was shown in Report.
In Damage Control, he was mentioned and shown through "previous footage".
A few days after, in Static Dead End, George and Marvin talk about the situation involving Peter Tench, and how Marvin is angry after what happened. But George tries to reassure Marvin, which does help him calm down somewhat. Later, George is recording footage in Room 14D, and explores the room past the door. During his exploration, George finds oddities, such as wallpaper being stretched on some walls, uneven roofs, and even one room has objects stuck in the floor and wall, as well as a hill with a chair on it.
