The Green Glow is a commonly used glow, or energy in Kane Pixels' Backrooms series. The Green Glow mostly like Holes in the ground, walls and ceilings. As of now, it is unknown what it is or what it can do, but ever since the video Static Dead End uploaded, there could be some conspiracies such as expanding the Backrooms.

History[]

The Green Glow is first seen in Overflow taking over a radio station, where a contract signed by Ivan Beck is shown.

Years later in Pitfalls, behind the door that Mark enters. Mark calls Marvin to come quickly over there and cross the holes on the ground, but Marvin falls in one of the holes.

It also seems that the same green light appears in Found Footage, when the protagonist climbs into a hole between two rooms. The green light is enlightened the walls and is coming from the right.

In Found Footage #2, the protagonist runs away from the Lifeform and ends up in an empty room at the end of the video, a Green Glow covers the walls, floor and ceiling the video cuts.

Later--although not shown in this video--George Levy returns to the site of the door in Static Dead End by the pitfalls area where he allegedly saw the green glow. Again, although not present, he saw what the result from the Green Glow might be, as he saw horizontal, stretched out wallpaper that was not seen before.

Trivia[]

Speculation[]

  • As mentioned earlier, it is likely that it is a n energy for expanding the Backrooms. But still, it is unknown of what it can exactly do. Some people say that it is related to time travel, as proven in one of The Game Theorists backrooms theories. Another speculation is that it could be related to space and teleportation, however, there isn't much evidence to back this theory up. Others claim that it is the Backrooms itself in its green form, possibly manipulating and/or rearranging the Backrooms[unconfirmed].
