Kim is a member and scientist of the Async Research Institute. She first appeared during Backrooms - Pitfalls.
History[]
Currently, almost nothing is known about Kim, but during Pitfalls, she, along with three other researchers Marvin, Mark and George, went on an expedition to an unexplored area of the Backrooms, Room 14D. When Marvin accidentally fell through one of the holes in the room as he attempted to cross it, she communicated with him as he explored the lower level and eventually encountered bacteria. She also assisted with retrieving him from the hole he fell in as he ran away from the bacteria.
Kim was also shown in Backrooms - Report when she and her team returned back to the threshold, encountering Anthony Dawkins.
Kim was also possibly seen in Reunion and Damage Control as part of Team A, who were building a walkway across the holes in Room 14D.
Trivia[]
- Kim's name has only been briefly mentioned once during the entire Backrooms series so far. As Marvin ducks under the wall when running away from the bacteria, Mark quickly says, "Kim I need that suitcase!". This can be heard 13 minutes and 8 seconds into the video.
