Ravi is the main protagonist of Backrooms - Found Footage #3. His job is that he is presumably a journalist, not much is known about what he journals about, his journaling could just be him recording footage for documentation purposes.
History[]
Sometime around April 19th, 1995, Ravi is shown to be video recording himself outside while on his way to his house, where he talks about how he unintentionally recorded of a Monsanto executive and a DPR manager joking about a sick kid. Shortly after Ravi entered his house, he decided to investigate what was causing mysterious loud noises in his basement.
He finds that one of his glass doors were shattered, possibly indicating that someone vandalized his house. He goes into a closet where the camera picks up a loud static, but Ravi finds nothing present. After going into the basement, he sees a big hole put into one of the walls, revealing a hidden passageway. He goes in and finds a strange greenish glow, which somehow causes him to end up the Backrooms.
He is thrown out of a cupboard and enters a medium sized office/conference room area, He tries to climb back up where he fell from, only to find a dead end.
Appearance[]
Ravi appears as a peach skinned young man with brownish irises, he wears a black hat, he has a ponytail, stubble and mustache. He is shown to have a cream yellow jacket with a white shirt underneath and presumably trousers.
Personality[]
Ravi is shown as a somewhat outgoing person who's not afraid to speak his mind about things he knows on camera, Ravi is shown to be a bit of a troll though, when he mentions that it's fun to make fun of diseased people as much as the next person, jokingly.
Ravi isn't shown at all to be an insufferable person, he's seen as curious and a good-hearted individual. Ravi is shown to have a short temper during the events of Found Footage #3 and also shows fear as well. His fear saves him in most cases, along with a good enough reaction time to get away from incoming dangers in the Backrooms.
He's also shown to have a short temper when dealing with stressful situations such as his house being broken into and dealing with a "dimensional event" with someone in a house-like location in the Backrooms, where he can talk to the person but can't see them.
Ravi is also very smart and well calculated, as shown when he blocked a crawl area with furniture when he was being chased down by the Still Life and managed to get away.
Trivia[]
- Some people mistaken Ravi's name as Robbie.
- Ravi's actor, Aakash Valdivia, was also in The Backrooms (Found Footage). He is seen at the beginning of the video in a black hoodie wearing a monkey mask.
