The Shepherd is presumed to be the main antagonist of People Still Live Here. He mainly appears in People Still Live Here (2005) - DAY 2 GAMEPLAY, however he also appears briefly in People Still Live Here V8.3 (2005 Gameplay). He is presumed to be the creator of the Meadow. He is also presumed to have a high position of power due to Striped Shirt Guy remarking that he hopes the Shepherd isn’t mad at him in fear, as well as Anne the Painter saying that he promised her an assistant but seemingly forgot to do so.

DAY 1[]
The Shepherd makes his first physical appearance in Day 1, though only for a brief moment whilst hidden in the background at 16:41.
DAY 2[]
The Shepherd makes a more prominent appearance in Day 2, appearing once night has fallen and pursuing the player. The player narrowly escapes the Shepherd, who appears to be faster than the former. His activation is indicated by text that overlays onto the screen upon nightfall, reading, "The Shepherd is coming."
